The 501st Legion's Empire City Garrison has been invited to attend the seventh annual COMMACK DAY festival at the Suffolk Y JCC in Commack LI, NY on Sunday October 11, 2026, from 11:00am - 1:00pm This special day will include fun activities for the entire family showcasing many local businesses and entertainment. The event supports three charities:
• The Eric Spinato Foundation
• Commack Fire Dept and Ambulance Corp
• Breast Health Program at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital
Commack Day is all about supporting and celebrating the beautiful community we call home. By bringing the people, families, and businesses that call Commack home together, we have been able to display the unity that this community embodies. Last year was a great success as we were able to raise money for Response Crisis Center to support them in their efforts in suicide prevention. Additionally, to ensure that this event has the greatest impact on the community, a portion of the proceeds from Commack Day will go to support the Eric Spinato Foundation in support of their efforts to raise money for student scholarships. We will also be supporting the Commack Fire Department & Ambulance Corps and Breast Cancer Awareness
