The 501st Legion's Empire City Garrison has been invited to attend the Brooklyn Relay For Life Walk on Saturday June 21st 2014 from 2PM - 5PM.
Organizer Comments:
Relay for Life is a community gathering of families and friends who come together once a year to walk in support of cancer survivors, honor those we've lost and raise funds for cancer research and Brooklyn programs. In addition to the walk each team has stations that have games, raffles, bake sales, etc. to help raise funds for the American Cancer Society. As a co-captain of our team, P.S.127 the McKinley Park School, we would love to have the 501st help our elementary students raise funds for Relay for Life.
