All participants must enter through the Dean St security entrance. A list will be provided to security staff in advance.
Parking
Parking will be available in an affiliated garage (entrance on Ft. Greene Place one block from arena). We will provide printable passes which can be scanned beginning at 1PM.

Changing Area
We are working to reserve the Practice Court on the Event Level as a changing and storage space for the evening (similar to last year). We will provide an update on this space asap.

30 Participants SHARED between all NYC fan groups
Notes
Lightsabers have been approved by our security team, however there can be no weapons or props that could be considered a firearm in any way (blasters, etc). If any specific items are in question, please let us know and we will ask as needed. Full costumes and masks have been approved.
We will have water available in the designated changing area and will again provide food vouchers like last year’s event. We will also reserve some of the Chewbacca Can Koozies for the volunteers.
