   The 501st Legion's Empire City Garrison will attend attend Star Wars Day at Rockville Centre Public Library, Rockville Centre, Long Island, NY on Sunday, May 4th 2014 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. This is a festival to celebrate the library and to thank their patrons for their support. There will be a concert, a balloon animal guy, raffles, etc. Since it falls on May 4 this year, Star Wars will be the theme for the children's activities.

   The 501st Legion's Empire City Garrison will attend the March Of Dimes March for Babies event on Sunday, May 4th 2014 from 9am - 11am. This event will be held at Bethpage Ballpark, 4 Courthouse Drive, Central Islip, NY 11722.
   From their Community Director ...
   "We're getting ready to walk in March for Babies! It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies. There'll be family teams, company teams and people walking with friends - it's a great feeling knowing we're all helping real families. Join our event and walk with us to raise money for babies right here in our community!"
