This is an annual event that unites communities nationwide determined to help patients with diseases like leukemia and lymphoma. Funds raised helps patients with uninsured expenses, supports marrow transplant research, and adds more potential marrow donors to the registry giving more patients hope for a cure. 1500+ enthusiastic attendees are expected.

"Philosophy and the Force." Our speakers this time will be two Dominicans (an order of Catholic priests, whose robes are quite Jedi-like!): author/academic Fr. Humbert (who has written articles on Star Wars) and former music promoter and now radio talk-show host (and pop-culture fan), Fr. Devaney. It should be lots of fun!
